Todor Milchevski, MBA and Martin Stojanovik, MSc. members of the New business education foundation (NBE), won the 1st place among 150 participants at the essay competition organised by the World Bank and its partners the Green Growth Programme. The essay entitled "Financing Municipal Energy Efficiency in Macedonia" addresses the main problems municipalities face in searching funds for energy efficient projects, and proposes certain policy recommendations.
